Considerably large investments in food processing, frozen storing, and fully refrigerated transportation guarantees the ultimate maintenance of the cold chain until the moment of delivery to the customer.
Introducing modern business processes in all sectors of the horticulture and perishable goods trade and removing the supply side constraints by developing the required infrastructure, installing price information mechanisms for the wholesale markets, farmers and initiate investment by the private sector in establishing a value addition industry in food products
